As reported by the police officer and criminal court , the detectives of 10th section of police department along with the murder interrogator, attended the crime scene , opened the case of an intentional murder and as the order of the interrogator of 2nd branch of 27th area of Tehran , the case was submitted to the 1oth section of police department. Two files were found simultaneously: While the identity of the corps was still unidentified for the investigators, the investigators of 10th section could find the killer of ” the taxi driver in Vali Asr toen”. Arresting him led to another confession about the unidentified lady that had been murdered earlier. The details of this case said that on 4th of Mordad of this year, an unidentified corps was found in Azadegan highway and the identity was found. After the investigations it was clear that the slain was the driver of that taxi in Vali Asr town. Later during further investigations it was known that the slain had a passenger on 4th of Mordad and tried to get him down after ten minutes and then his dead body was found in the highway! His car was also found in the town after few days. In the process of this case, the investigators could find the identity of the murderer whose name is Mahid E. (23 years old) . His intention was the money that he owed the saline and he ran away once he killed him. Once the killer of taxi driver was found who was arrested at 10 :30 pm on 24th of Azar while he was driving a Pride carin Vali Asr town and then he was prisoned. Immediately his house was searched by the investigators of 10th section of police department of Tehran and the evidences found in his house, made him confess to another murder who was an unknown lady.
